How long does it take to build a custom surfboard?
Custom board orders typically take 6 to 8 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the shape and the current glassing schedule.
What is your shipping policy for surfboards?
We ship boards worldwide using specialized heavy-duty packaging. Domestic shipping within the US usually takes 3-5 business days once the board leaves our facility.
How do I choose the right volume for my skill level?
We recommend using our online Board Selector tool or consulting our volume chart, which factors in your weight, height, and the type of waves you plan to surf.
What happens if my board arrives damaged?
Please inspect your board immediately upon delivery. If there is any damage, document it with photos and contact our support team within 24 hours to initiate a claim.
Do boards come with fins included?
Most of our high-performance models are sold without fins to allow riders to customize their setup, though some soft-tops and specialized kits may include them.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Changes to stock orders can be made within 12 hours. For custom shapes, changes cannot be made once the blank has been cut or the shaping process has begun.
